Since 1969, Technofibres Luxembourg has been developing and producing high-quality PET and PBT filament yarns in Mertert, Luxembourg. Our customers include knitting mills, weaving mills, warp knitters, braiders and winders around the world. Our filament yarns are used in a wide range of applications — from the automotive and aerospace industries to furniture, apparel, medical technology, military and technical textiles.

With a team of 95 dedicated colleagues, extensive know-how and advanced technology, we are fully committed to our mission: to deliver customised top yarn solutions. As a medium-sized company, we maintain flat hierarchies and short communication paths, enabling fast, flexible decision-making and direct collaboration.
Technofibres Luxembourg stands for high-quality, tailor-made filament yarns. Like top chefs, we develop highly individual formulations and use only the finest ingredients to create your Top Yarn.
Our production covers the entire process — from colour preparation and masterbatch formulation to filament extrusion using the melt-spinning process. We texture, twist and steam our yarns to perfection, creating distinctive looks and technical performance. Even the most unusual requests for colours, additives or structures inspire us – challenges welcome!

Sustainability in glowing colours
Our dope-dyeing process ensures intense, long-lasting colours with a minimal CO₂ footprint. By integrating pigments and additives directly into the spinning process, no water and only minimal energy are required.
