Our dope-dyed yarns are characterised by outstanding colour and Light fastness properties, achieved through the production technology and physical and chemical properties of the pigments used. At the same time, we can include special additives as well as colour to produce various technical yarn properties, such as flame retardancy. Compared with package and piece dyeing, the sustainable dope dyeing process has an extremely low ecological footprint, thanks to its minimal water and energy use and reduced COâ‚‚ emissions. Dope dyeing not only eliminates the requirement for large amounts of water but also significantly reduces the use of harmful chemicals. This conserves resources, reduces environmental impact and contributes to a greatly improved environmental balance throughout the entire textile manufacturing process.
