Your Profile

  • Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Passion for technical yarns, textile materials, and industrial manufacturing processes
  • Interest in developing new yarns, applications, and new business opportunities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and a structured way of working
  • Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Previous experience in technical sales or business development is an advantage; motivated graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new applications and markets for our technical yarns
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Plan and conduct customer visits both domestically and internationally
  • Manage and coordinate customer-specific yarn development projects from initial inquiry through to series production
  • Develop tailored colour and material concepts together with our customers
  • Work closely and regularly with our laboratory, development, and production teams
  • Define and optimize production parameters and support their technical implementation
  • Ensure compliance with agreed quality, colour, quantity, and yarn specifications
