Your Profile
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Passion for technical yarns, textile materials, and industrial manufacturing processes
- Interest in developing new yarns, applications, and business opportunities
- Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a structured way of working
- Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer-specific development projects while ensuring timely completion
- Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards, colour specifications, and yarn structures
- Create and modify texturing instructions
- Develop and adjust colour recipes
- Define the required process steps for spinning, texturing, twisting, and steaming
- Coordinate the production of spinnerets for the development spinning line
- Perform and verify colour quality inspections
- Create production parameters for colour and yarn recipes
- Select suitable dyes based on technical requirements and quality standards
- Work closely with production, the laboratory, and other specialist departments
